DAMAGED, NON-WORKING OR NON-COMPLIANT GOODS

Report the problem within 8 calendar days from the delivery of the goods.
If you receive:

  • A damaged product that does not work right away;

or

  • the product has characteristics that differ from those described in the Catalogue;

In such a case, at our expense, we will immediately replace the product with a new one or refund your purchase in full.

RETURNING A NEW PRODUCT

To be requested within 8 calendar days of delivery of the goods.
Whatever the reason, you can return one or more products that do not satisfy you, provided that:

  • the products are new, undamaged, packaged in their original packaging and including all accessories;
  • the packages are complete (we do not accept boxes of 50 needles with 49 needles for example);
  • the products are resalable (do not write on, mark, tear, bend or break the packaging);
  • you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods;
  • the products are not jewelry;

We reserve the right to verify the conditions of return before issuing a credit note and cash refund.

WARRANTY REPAIRS

To be requested WITHIN 12 MONTHS of the invoice date.
If a product you have purchased has a defect or stops working, the product is under Warranty within 12 months of the invoice date. We will cover the cost of repair.
It will be sufficient to send us the product, with shipment at your expense, together with the relevant proof of purchase.
The Warranty lapses when:

  • The malfunction is intentional or caused by the Customer;
  • Abnormal use has been made of the product, or the product has been used for an unintended purpose;
  • The parts are subject to normal wear and tear or are part of normal maintenance (e.g. springs for coil or setting machine);

OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIRS

For all requests made AFTER 12 MONTHS from the date of the Invoice.
In this case we will be happy to provide you with support in repairing the goods, but the repair and shipping costs will be borne entirely by you.
We will ask the manufacturer immediately if the damage is repairable and, if so, we will provide you with an exact quote to let you know the repair costs quickly.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to our Policy we do not sell to private consumers. The buyer, by accepting the Terms of Sale, guarantees that the purchase of products is intended solely for professional use.
Therefore, the protections provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) such as, for example, the right of withdrawal, do not apply.
